Character Bio
Danny is a former police officer whose younger brother, Patrick, disappeared in 1995 and was assumed to have been murdered by his friend.
As soon as he learned about anomalies, Danny realised that they could be involved in Patrick's disappearance and was determined to join the ARC team. He resigned his job with the Metropolitan Police and starting following and assisting the team. When Jenny Lewis resigned, Lester installed Danny in her role as team leader (partly to foil Christine Johnson's plan to place her own man in the job).
At the end of series 3, Danny became trapped in the Pliocene Era while stopping Helen Cutter from killing the first humans. He travelled through anomalies for over a year before finding one that led to the present day. While in the Pliocene, he read Helen's notes and discovered a link between her and Philip Burton, the ARC's new part-owner.
Danny was finally reunited with Patrick in the series 4 finale when it was revealed that Ethan Dobrowski, who the team had been hunting, was in fact Patrick. When Patrick/Ethan escaped from the ARC and fled through an anomaly, Danny followed him.
